Hahaha. well maybe not if they put even half the cost of the movies into a series I'm sure they could do a Lost level epic. I mean really now... It doesn't cost THAT much

They should give it some time let these creepy romance vampire movie genres settle down. Lot of little ones really into these new shows/movies lately. Robots with 10 foot machine guns and laser beams never grow old so not like Transformers will ever get old unless mass produced with such a low budget like Saw series was.

I've always been a big Buffy the Vampire Slayer fan and that didn't have much budget at all.

I don't think a lot budget is what kills tv series. There are good Youtube series that have 0 budget.

And there are Youtubers who can produce MUCH better special effects than all your movie directors could.

If freddiew and CorridorDigital could work together with the required budget for a 1-2 hour film, they'll kick Steven Spielberg's ass anytime.
