game style:

if conquered -
1. build up
2. make huge army
3. conquer my conquerer
4. get top 5 alliance.
5. get top 20 or 30

if not -
1. build up
2. make massive units
3. conquer like crazy!
4.join top 3 alliance.
5. if not top 10, get top 20 at least.

That is if I get a good start. if not, I just play casually, not hard.

Just dropping by to say, you should avoid damage and heavies like the plague.

Heavies suffer a 25% weakness vs vehicles and have no 25% bonus to compensate for it, and damage actually does less damage than range overall unless a battle lasts 4+ rounds (most don't, a 4+ round battle is usually a close one with heavy losses on both sides, which you want to avoid obviously)

Oh, and the 'health advantage' of mechs is a myth - a full armour squad of any chassis will be 240hp, the damage will also match, as will the construction costs. (all 3 chassis types give identical stats for identical amounts of resources)

Damage I agree on, Heavies I do not. Routhy, heavies have their uses.

I prefer no damage as well.
