QUESTION: We cant enter your area, but will YOU venture out of the area yourself?

Also, are you just got relocate every conquered colony out of your area?

Entering our land is a decleration of war on our state, you enter our land we shall leave our borders and enter yours, raid and pillage everything in sight until nothing is left but a barren wasteland..and our flag flying over you...(quite simply you enter our borders you are therefore in a state of war with us, trespassers will not be allowed to get away with such actions, so we will kill you and claim your land as our own) to finish up we will not leave our borders unless it is to kill those who have entered our land

Basically, if you enter our land, you will be trading all your territory in exchange for an attempt to conquer a tiny island population.

Worth it or not? We will leave it to your intuition.
