Actually there's some advantages i guess, because if your lazy you can basically spam on damage units. That's what Sylph of CAE did to me awhile ago in earth II.

And another guy just attacked me with 15 of each and every possible unit, I kid you not!! Army's worth was like 150000 i think.

So how exactly do you get range 4 units? With battle experience? How many battles do you need to have a range 4 units? Do they still exist?

Sorry, I'm just curious.

I don't think this is a double post because it has been more than a few days old since my last post, also that this is concerning a different issue.

technically yes still a double post

you could only get range 4 units with battle exp which they removed from the game

From what iv seen the best strategy is having a 2/3 ratio of armor infantry and armor tanks and then having ranged tanks of each type.

but super advanced for noob to conquer noobs
sooner or later everyone is gona be doing range combos

which will become basic among bd cuz it works,
then u have to adapt and reconfigure what most have

to be on top of them :P
and to pawn em YAAAAA


see i know the best strat but id be a dumb a$$ posting it LOl
or maybe i dont know it and im just talkin crap

but one clue is the expensive the better
but depends on how long its gona take u to build a decent squad using tanks

since tanks r expensive , u need to copare it to the amount of income ur making and i know its hard making hela income , so ur gona get pawned everytime ....

1. soldiers = fast n cheap n can start conquerin others but u can get pawned really fast vs tanks unless u know the right build to go against tanks
which i may no or not lol

2. vehhicles , decent amount of money for the average/advanced people who conquer can afford vehs in the beginning. Very good for pawning soldiers who begin in the first age.

3. Tanks . unless ur a BD supporter n buy tokens ur gona be there for ever
because thats expensive. You will get pawned every time due to the lack of income you have because people will build more units faster than u will aka ull be out numberd lol

* most people will build in the start soldiers for fast and easy conquers aka the rush to pawned average players. Usually the pros know about rushing in the first age just to get conquers and income.

after that they may decide to leave soldiers n build vehicle based.
One thing i know is u build anti of what ever unit u have to cover ur but.

U need to include bonuses into your calculations also.
Why build extra soldiers with beam when they have a bonus already
example vs tanks conc , beam , explosive
u have 75 units
u build : conc 25 , beam , 25 , explosive 25,
dont addd 40 beam and sacrifice tanks leaving them with 10
cuz u will get pawned by tanks really fast fast LOL
common sense its build vs what kills u

for me the right strat there would be
more explosive , less beam because of bonus if ur a Soldier man
and a bit less concussive because soldiers dont have a bonus vs soldiers jajajajaja

Average ratio to go against all types of mixes would be 25 each
that ^ ratio can vary because soldiers gain an extra bonus if ur a soldier based person
so i can sacrifice beam and lower it and still attack nicely
add them points to explosive and sacrifice

concussive because not alot of people do Soldier based army
The common type right now is Vehicles because vehicles aint
as expensive. And the rumors of pros is they build all vehicle
and pawned all in a world so now every one is trying to follow

There is alot of variables to include to decide wats the best strat and

One thing i do know is Strats will never be the best because once every one starts following the same strat as others ( the majority ) common sense would be make a combination that ( conquers the majority )

Soo a new guy will rise and be called a pro and then later strats will change and people will follow again LOL

Depens on your money per tick to pick what type of unit u want
how long u wanna wait till u start attacking , and owning but by that time u will get pawned. So dont wait too long

after u choose ur type then u decide what u wanna build
ps. if u use the battle calc

dmg attack second round killing alot more loosing less.
Every one knows Building range is the best

but now depends on the amount of ranged units u build
people do 4.4.3 or 3.3.4 or 4.3.4 with Vehicles

to go against most mixes and oponents

but like me i build if im soldier based
i would build more explosive to kill tanks ,
my beam would kill vehs already cuz of 2x bonus bein a soldier


there is some knoledge for u lol
im tired

i can keep bullshyttin u all day over this hahahahaha

Most battles are over in 1-2 rounds, it's pretty rare to get 4 or more round battles.

We're going to be introducing a battle calculator into the game interface very soon, it's almost finished I believe and should make it's way into the game in the next major update hopefully. This uses the actual battle engine, not copy and pasted code but the actual in-game battle engine to simulate a battle so the results will be 100% accurate.
