Yeah, I am sorry for trailing off on this. I ran into issues with the site I wanted to host the tourney on...Specifically with the capacity of players I could invite to the tournament.

I am still looking for an alternate place to host a chess tournament with unlimited capacity for entries. Anyone know of one? That is the only thing holding this back from happening.

Why don't you have league tables so you have 10 groups of 24 where the finalist and runner up go through to a final round for the victory?

This sounds pretty interesting though
