As much as I dislike token farming, this is not the proper solution. BD is getting ready to lose ALOT of money, and we don't want Michael to have to spend ANOTHER $10,000 out of his pocket to keep BD alive. Admins, this is not the correct way to go.

Let's address these issues shall we?

The token farming is going to be hard to enforce. As Kane said, how will you know I'm not sending them my own res. and saving the tokens to use for a later date?

The crystal thing is just ridiculous. The servers are seeing less players all the time as it is, and with the crystal requirements being so high, there will be less crystals, and less resources for everyone. Keep the crystal at 20. It's good where it's at.

The increasing level 4/5 structure times? That won't help solve anything. Unless of course you want to have less people supporting BattleDawn, in which case, problem solved. The system is fine as it is. The only shining light in this update is the token farming. If you guys can work an actual, non-flawed system to controlling that, then more power to ya. However, as that is not a feasible option right now, let BD roll how it is.

Then please debate and come up with something that makes sense not half thought rubbish please. Not only are these updates useless but they can be very easily overcome...especially the first one. Plus they are incredibly hard to code correctly. To avoid the first one people will simply ask teammates not to use metal for 12 ticks, send it to them, receive tokens and boost metal instead. Same result just bit more cumbersome.

For once think before acting for a change, will you?

If you think you can do better, lets hear your ideas, otherwise dont hate on the admins for trying. Its not helping one bit.

no ninja that wouldn't work as at tick 1 you would get no income and it would take ages to build the metal mine to attack e.g 5 ticks so it would be a waste of 5 ticks protection

why are you trying to avoid cooldown in the first place? Yeah... you pay lots of money, and help BD grow... but what about the people who chose to play fairly? What about those people (including myself), who used to play, and donate quite a lot of money, but quit, because other people were abusing cooldown periods.


I agree with a lot of people, concerned about HOW to enforce it ...eg sending tokens, and not spending them, and still getting resources sent back... tbh, thats doing the same thing. You're using tokens, to get resources. But instead of following procedure and getting them from teh game, you're getting them from a player, which is just avoiding the cooldown.

If the game wanted a token trading system (eg tokens for resources), they would have put it in... but the fact is, they are TRYING to keep things nice, by limiting token usage over time.
