is that the Unlimited Blade Works backgrounds?
Btw u can use Motion Blur to make it more realistic

btw, for the blur, u can put two 2 layer, the original one on top of the blurred one and decrease its opacity or fill so that the word is still readable.
And for the effects, I don't think Blur is a good one. Make it like an explosion will be good.

I know all my sig's are basic so far but should I open up a sig shop? (for practice )
