Ok, since there's lotsa competition i wanted to upgrade my art software.
Right now what i use is picnik, and it isn't so good. It's for editing real people photos so i was wondering if there is any free, non download thing better than picnik.

I know there is photoshop, gimp, etc.

Free for download I would suggest gimp and picasa.

Well.. i do have Photoshop CS3 but too lazy to make siggys with Photoshop. Too many orders.
It takes me 3 days to make a nice one.
