NATO and EU is basicly the same, mostly the same members anyway.
And if it's China & N Korea vs S Koera & USA china could just ask for the money USA owe them or stop helping USA and they would go bankrupt xD

I doubt they will help NK. China is sick of them and doesn't want to be dragged into a mess. If a war breaks out, China will lose a lot of money so they have nothing to gain.

well. NK would lose against SK, USA, UK, canada so NK has no chance at all.
