But please, keep voting liberal. It's the only progressive way, obviously.

I keep less than 1k (gbp) in the bank at all times for online transactions. The rest of my money stays in two physical safes in separate locations.

Word came in... 40% taken from all accounts holding 100k Euro or more in deposits in Cyprus Banks.
If you didn't think twice about holding your life savings in a bank before, I sure hope you do now!
Gold and Silver all the way, and in a safe in your own secure location.

Look into the past.. almost every major dynasty/empire that had prolonged economic troubles has folded.. People should pay more attention to this before spending massive amounts of money that they don't have.

The russians are very angry at the eurozone right now. Do they think they can steal their money without repercussions? They keep forgetting that if Russia closes off the gas supply to Europe, that we're in deep *CENSORED*.
Also, the whole Euro system was doomed to fail from the start. All the money pumped into greece and Cyprus is gone. It's just a temporary rescue until they collapse for real. And what will they do when the same thing happens in Spain, Portugal and possibly even Italy? Those countries are much larger than Greece. It's mindless and naive this whole euro thing I tell you.
There's only one reason why the Eurozone was established; MONEY.
Money for the big corporations since the agreements that the euro countries made were/are very profitable for them in terms of trade and business.
