Well, according to the forecast at Weather.com the highest winds we'll sustain is 55 MPH, but according to the hurricane forecast we're supposed to sustain winds of 75-85 MPH. Right now im trusting the Hurricane forecast, or just hoping. I wanna see a godamn good storm for all the preparing we did.

I wouldn't worry, if she was in any danger she would have been evacuated closer inland, our town had a voluntary evacuation but most of us chose to stay, we're about 10 miles from the shore. It will most likely be a nasty thunder storm with some high winds.

Well i could barely find stuff on VA and the Carolinas. The news is filled with NY evacuations, NY this, NY that, i could honestly care less, worst thing thatll happen is 30 mph winds and a few broken windows. How bout we learn whats happening to the states that are actually in a HURRICANE for the first time in decades?

Well it will die down into a simple tropical storm by the time it hits northern NY, so if you guys do get any of it it will probably be a small storm with 10 mph winds... xD

And not to sound mean, but yes it is all about America because we're being hit by the hurricane....
