Banishment's are a last resort and anyone who enjoys granting them by all means should never be able to.

Yah I know!I am a bad administer,but there is alot of badies out there u know,example like a day I'll ban 10 people for cheating.That's why I love the word ban!not that I like to ban people for fun!So stop complaining or telling me that I am a bad admin!!!

I'm going to go ahead and say you're either lying or were a terrible admin. Your attitude is all wrong, and you write like a ten year old.

A few standard appreciated characteristics of an admin:


- Honest, balanced judgement unclouded by opinions or influence. Purely based upon factual information and evidence with the addition of psychological evaluation.

- Doing the job because it has to be done or because you want to help, not because you like doing it. A good admin should never enjoy punishing or reprimanding people- ideally a good admin should only be helping people at all times. Administrators provide guidance and clarity, in a good community an administrator should barely ever have to punish and friendly warnings are always preferred over anything official.

- Mature behavior and spelling, simply put a lot of people won't respect you if you don't spell equally or better then them. Good spelling and mature behavior increases your dominance over the rest of the forum and this is an absolute must. An administrator that has to ban to proof he is the boss is a terrible administrator, a good administrator is considered an admin even if he's not carrying the title or powers- simply because he is respected and looked up to from most directions and provides help and good judgement.


There is a whole lot more involved but I think that by now it's already clear that you're either, a bad admin or lieing. Even tough you might administer a 30 man clan or so- they should make a quotum already of minimum amount of users before you can use it in your resume...

This topic is already proof that you, CommanderMatrix, are not a true admin.
