didnt like it spending tokens to be on top 3 and being online for long times and if i didnt get the 1st rank i lose

by rewarding only rank1 .. you are kicking away a big part of the game "diplomacy" now the plan for all team is same "kil all"

That's the whole idea in my opinion, so you don't settle for 2nd or 3rd but keep pushing for rank 1. Complacency is very damaging, especially when it comes to games.

Definitely a fan. The last two era's I lost were due to teams siding up against us and making deals for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc. that we were not willing to make.

Only one question, how will this workout for custom eras (small team eras)? Will the top team get a much larger pot (5k or 6k each) or will they still be spread through the equivalent of the top 10 players or something of that sort?

And another thing-if we are giving tokens for relics. Let's not give them to an alliance for holding all ten. To increase competition, lets reward alliances that do not win but hold relics at the end. So there will be battles to get those relics to end the era. Other alliances not first will want to get relics and hold out the era and make it a fighting era. And to reward it, I think all members of the alliance that holds a relic when the era ends, should get 200 tokens. And if first place holds all ten then they can have the 500 for their hard work. But if there is a reward for bring the era to the limit by not giving up relics, it will motivate people to get relics and fight to keep them.

That is what this game needs more of... There's still a diplomatic side to the game though. This now involves every aiming for the rank 1 spot though, rather than settling for 2nd or 3rd.
If anything it will make diplomacy more interesting.

Tokens only for 1st alliance doesn't help the people who boost blues and go off pure skill.

1ST 2cnd and 3rd should continue to get tokens for playing.


I'm sure no one would want to play this champion era if only 1st place got rewards..

BD admins you are dooming this game for failure with ideas like that....

I'm one of the people that relies on pure skill and I must say I've never had a problem earning rank 1. The battlehugs and settling for rank 2 or 3 is what dooms this game in my opinion, not fighting for rank 1.
