This thread made me laugh....

I already have a segmented sleep pattern, It goes like this:

50 minute nap, check all my rounds, 50 minute nap, check all my rounds....

Senatus beat me to posting this... But hes absolutely right, its rather refreshing to keep going back to sleep (even if for only an hour).
