all kind of love and sex should be legal, as long as the two parties agree to it.

However though, scientists (genetists to be exact) has proved that if two ppl that are related in less than 3 generations mate, the offsprings will have a high chance of being a mutant, and a bad side, that is.

So if my great grandfather is her great grandfather, the result won't be good.

Apart from this, all kind of love shouldn't be prohibited, brother and sister, cousin, aunt, gay, lesbian, etc. Why ban them just becuz they are not "usual"? They really love each other, and I think they really understand the fact that they can't have kids except for adoption.

Being unsual doesn't deserve to be illegal, how many unusual things out there in the world? There are gays, lesbians, bisexuals, self-lovers or even someone who like only the 2D girls like me, and there are nudists. Instead of prohibit them, we should help them understand about the world they are in, and let them decide to continue on that road or get back to the "usual" way.

I didn't reply in this thread so far because this is 1 topic which I couldn't decide whether to say yes or no.. I read some of the replies.. Every1 has put their views..

Anyway I wolud like to put 3 points of my view -

1. If a child is born out of incest then high chances that child will have biological problems.. it is a fact based on scientific research.. also that child might have to face social discriminations.. Once he grows up he can become center of joke.. But then again it depends on the socety he is born. e.g cousin marriage is allowed in islam..

2. if sex is consensual then all form of sex should be free.. Every adult should have right to make thier own decisions.. But legalising incest may encourage domestic rapes (mods sorry for the lang but it is relevent here).. And such incidents are hardly reported.. Brother rapes sister/cousin. Dad rapes daughter/step-daughter, etc..

3. So far point 1 and 2 says incest shouldn't be made legal.. But what if two cousins really love each other. or like brother and sister love each other.. not platonic love.. no1 has any right to make love illegal. But such cases are rare.. And I'm not writing here abt mother-son or father-daughter incest.. That is something I wouldn't like to discuss.. Anyway u may have crush on ur cousins.. I myself got some young hot cousins.. But u don't let out those feelings because u r told that this is wrong.. But again it is all based on which society u come from...

So to end my reply... No incest shouldn't be made legal as it has too many complications and hidden factors.. But it shouldn't be made a punishable offence either.. just don't encourage incest by makingit legal.. if it is to happen then it'll happen whether it is legal or not..

Make getting a baby trough incest illegal and the problem is solved.
