Yes. Gay sex is illegal. That's why there's gay porno and guys showing signs of affection in public.

Holy (Want to be allies? Sometimes I like to pretend I am a princess riding a pony..)...I thought the US allowed it. So even if 2 consenting males above the age of 18 engage in gay sex, its illegal? And what about gay marriage? Is that illegal as well?

But back on topic, I would like to see someone give me 5 GOOD reasons why incest should be illegal. NOT INCLUDING it is sick/disgusting/stupid or children will be deformed

I doubt you guys can come up with it.

I dont understand why most dont get the fact that this is all we are debating about. The question is simple: Should sex with relatives be considered illegal? If so WHY?

Why would you send someone to jail, about something YOU dont agree with, when you are not even affected by it? If you think its sick, disgusting or inhuman, dont do it. No one is forcing you to. You dont even need to associate yourselves with people like that. But what right does anyone have to send someone to jail for having sex with a relative?

Secondly, how would you prove someone actually commited incest even now? Word of mouth doesnt fly in a court of law. How effective is the illegal status now and how will it make things worse, if its legalized? I hope you guys understand what the difference between legal and illegal is? Its not the same as right and wrong. Or moral and immoral.

I dont go to church from a long time ago. Plus me going to church has nothign to do with my position. Ive only regarded rederoin directly here because he was simply trolling for absolutely no reason. Which it seems he still is. Anyways, I wrote twice, and twice my PC sabotaged by restarting on its own. So Im done with repeating the same thing different ways... bottom line is, there is a moral code because there has to be one in the world, I support it, and you guys dont simply because you dont give a damn of what happens to society as long as youre not affected. They can turn into cannibals and zombies as long as they dont knock on your door and have you for food. I dont have to go to church to know thats just wrong.

I'm pretty damn sure gay sex is not illegal in the states. Although many things do vary by state.
