idk about that after Cao Pi died it was pretty much just the Sima Family Deng Ai and Zhong Hui (who betrayed Wei to join Shu and ended up being killed by Deng Ai along with Jiang Wei)
Wu still had some very capable officers alive though

they were great unspoken names that did a lot in history but just didnt become a playable character in DW
such as Ding Feng
Sun Shao was a good warrior aswell
Cheng Pu i believe was also still alive for a good chunk of it
Xu Sheng was also there for a good while
Lu Xun obviously was very young when Sun Quan was in power and was a devistating strategist along with his acomplis Zhu Ran

Wu had very capable people but as time went on things just faded and with Jin having the most territory they were able to eventually overrun Wu after Jin took out Shu but dont get me wrong Wu was devistating but they didnt have the ambitions to get stronger like Jin did
