Dynasty Warrior Empire sounds good, but Battle Dawn and Red Alert are enough for strategy games. I like Dynasty Warrior to be a classic hack-n-slash game.

battle dawn doesnt have that much strategy to it sorry to say but it's stupidly simple
Sun Ce was very hot headed yes but that is why he had Zhoa Yu as his strategist/best friend to keep him under check and if that combination could have lasted longer things would have turned out very differently in that time frame

Well I must say with all the MMORTS that I've played, BattleDawn requires strategy and diplomacy the most.

Sun Ce is my troops and Zhoa Yu is me and my brains

LC, we already addressed that Lu Bu seriously lacked in brains, and thats why he failed. if the whole world could have come down to a 1 on 1 with Lu Bu vs everyone else, then we can pretty much garuntee the world would have belonged to Lu Bu unless he made some careless error.

He was the best in terms of fighting power and skill, not in strategy.

maybe under some seriously lucky circumstances Guan Yu probably could've beaten Lu Bu

possibly, Guan Yu and Zhang Liao i believe could have beaten him had they teamed up, but as it was, when Guan Yu first encountered Lu Bu, even with Zhang Fei and Liu Bei, they were only able to force him to a draw.

But in my opinion, Zhang Liao is better then Zhang Fei and Liu Bei together, so Guan Yu and Zhang Liao could have beaten Lu Bu.

by far there are many characters better than Liu Bei, but Zhang Fei? i'd say they were equal imo
