I think there should be private chats.

Say two of you, not in same allaince, are on at the same time, and you cant go to the chat, but loads of people are on the world chat?

You then say to your mate who you are messaging, and like there could be stuff like passwords on how to get onto the private chats.

This way you can caht to frieds when the world chat is pretty much full!

I'm confused.. wouldn't the private chat be available to everyone with a password? How would they issue the passwords for this chat?

well like we could have our own password, so we enter it on the "private chat" that thjere could be down the side.

We could then put our password, and we immediately get transferred to our chatting room
