If you so badly need an ingame chat, and if you WONT get a private chat like skype or msn, and if you WONT use chatzy, and if you wont PM the person, and if you will only accept an ingame chat tool, that has to be coded in for lazy people like you, then I dont think its a reasonable thing to ask for. ^^

Chatzy is the best online chatroom that has ever existed
But I still prefer using skype. Much faster and better.

Chatzy=<3 but then again skype is so much better  get a freakin skype it aint hard plus it s free

I've used Skype, Yahoo!Messenger and G!Talk and I could say:
Skype is the best video chat of all, the audio and video quality is clearly better. However, u must pay to show ur webcam to more than one. While in Yahoo u can do that for free (without voice though).
Yahoo, while the audio and video chat is not as good as Skype, but it's good at normal chatting. Have lots of chatting tools such as Buzz, lots of smiley, IMEnvironment, audibles, photo sharing and youtube embeded. Plus with the chat system on Yahoo!Mail and Yahoo!Messenger on Web u don't have to worry about ur friend's computer, which u borrowed since ur com is broken, doesn't have Yahoo! Messenger.
G!Talk is only good at transfer files, fastest of all. The chat is nothing compare to the other 2.
