Actually it does.
It's not 'just' the cold, but there are many environmental factors. Hot climates can result in heat stroke and sunburn. And even in hot climates, the night can be much colder than the day, and rain can also lower body temperature. There are other things as well, such as hygiene, and injury.
Basically, the benefits of clothing far outweigh any benefit of nudity, and this is reflected in society, by making nudity taboo.



This isn't about the right to produce though. This is about not encouraging certain people to do things that they don't understand the risks of.

Also, there's another point.
If the topic of sex was made more acceptable in public, it would lead to it being more exploited as well (as if the advertising industry doesn't do that enough as it is).

actually, it's unhealthy doesn't equal to "ppl make it taboo". Smoking, drinking, staying up late, eating fast food, drinking soft drinks, they are unhealthy too, but they weren't banned.

the reason why it's "banned", is becuz it's can cause disturbing to others, which might lead to accidents and stuffs, and it is disrespectful to the public as a whole.

Those don't really have immediately noticeable negative effects though, whereas going out naked in the cold, and you'll notice it immediately.
But even so, there are taboos arising concerning the other things you mentioned, for example, smoking is illegal for children, and in certain areas (in most places).

smoking is illegal for children, becuz they aren't mentally matured enough to realize and fully acknowledge the unhealthiness of smoking, just like how adult videos are illegal for those under the age of consent.

they are banned in public areas in most country, becuz it affects others around them negatively, just like how being naked affected others around them.
