How do people abuse the Blue token system? I'm not aware of how someone could cheat that system. Are you only talking about clicking and exiting before actually voting, or is there another way to abuse the system?

Heck, I am wondering how I am going to get feed my kids and dogs until next payday because quite honestly, it is that tight for at least ME right now. I love what I do though, and cannot imagine doing anything else. I dont really care if I am underpaid as long as BattleDawn survives and thrives.
So, there it is. We have peaks and valleys like anyone else, and right now is not a peak time by any stretch. We are not in huge trouble just yet, but unless you all can come together and see to it that you can be patient and understand our needs as well as your own, then...well...
Well, that answers my question. Maybe BD should just be more open about these things, and people would complain a lot less. Please understand - we love this game. Some of us live for this game (oh, and our kids...I guess). You know, when I was in college in Boston, there was this ice cream store that made a mistake on their taxes. They owed the government a significant amount of money, and were going to go out of business. They announced to the community that they were in trouble, and their loyal customers brought in so much business that summer that they were able to pay off their bill and stay open. Like I said...the average player has no idea how much money goes into BD, and where it goes after that. Many believe that the people who run the game are living on yachts in the Caribbean while we fund their late night parties buying red tokens for a video game. Perhaps a little openness about the financial situation would do more good than harm. People might rise up to support the game if they knew it was in trouble. Well, if you really want to know, I live in a 2 bedroom apartment with my woman, 3 kids and 2 dogs, and have been clean outta money for over a week, I am out of just bout everything (including dog food) with another week and a half to go before I can even think about the next payday! I have already gone to the length of borrowing from family and conning my mother out of some of her food!
Boy, the carribean and a yacht sounds wicked good from where I sit! HAHA! I get pretty stressed out when things get this tight. Its not typically this bad, but alot has happened in my life this year that has just complicated the heck outta things, and what savings I did have has been chewed clean through! It all started back in July when the house I was living in had a sewage line break... (ug)...Ill spare you the details.
Anyway, yes. We need to cover some gaps in our books right now, and no we are not rich, although some day it would be nice!
I understand where you guys are coming from. I understand your concern with adding too much of an edge to boosters. But you have to understand that the boosters are the glue that holds this all together. We need them! Hence the added incentive. We do not do such things out of greed. When we do promotions in such a way, it is most often born of necessity.

The real game is...as my mind understand. Battle Dawn Supporter buy reds by their Funds>>>>that funds goes to BD>>>BD pay for servers...developers & other stuff>>>>the game on & going on>>>Free for everyone. Which day BD Supporter Stop buy reds>>>Then U can't play free So my guesses don’t have to so pushy about Red Booster, @ end of the day they really help to BD.... One more thing...I saw just BD gives free blues everyday...other u have limited choice or else you have to pay to get Stuffs. Thanks Hunt

wow people don't get your panties in a bunch now, stuff like this? massgenocide wrote: wow this really is stupid.....we lost il.battledawn.com/?p=vote then we lost de.battledawn.com/?p=vote and es.battledawn.com/?p=vote now you are going to remove more voting sites? and you think this will make gaming easier for the noobs? *facepalm* come on noobs never knew about all those extra sites pfft they were lucky if they had even figured out about the main voting site before the guide was implemented. and everyone complaining about unjustly loosing blues, lets face it we were all just opening a firefox window, logging in, then clicking on all the vote sites and the bonus toolbar then closing the firefox window. and if u actually consider urself a good player that wants to compete with top red boosters you can still get by with being able to save up a few less blues. "oh i'll be fine i was just worried about the average player" the average player does not save up blues and they were never competitive with top red boosters to begin with.

well at lease, i wont be hearing soon from a player who creates a dozen accounts stocking blues... then starts offering me with a certain value... for example.. 1 account has 20K blues... which he/she will be offering me for USD$100 bucks... ahaha... hilarious... for starters, at lease, BD is giving something out for a change..and or a compensation for the boosters... hopefully, someday... if by chance they can generate a report like if a supporter boosted a certain amount for example... 10K reds... they get BD T-Shirt or something... give and take... i'd be proud to get something in return... like my BD sticker which i have won on the story contest thank you Admin staff for that...!

Excellent idea with regard to the bullying of new players by those who just sit and build in an era and by the end are still on the front page. This will surely put the BATTLE back in battle dawn thank you one and all at BD HQ
